Summary: Garage had a stinky smell from previous visitors trash that was not taken out. House has AC but not central air, it took a while to get the house cool. Bedroom #2 was a pull out couch, not a twin bed. Overall, nice house. It was centrally located in the town, and is well equipped for families with children.

Summary: The house was in perfect condition and it a great location. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay and was very clean. It was close to walking trails right on the Spokane river. Very beautiful surroundings and safe neighborhood. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Summary: Home was very clean upon arrival and quiet considering location. Perfect for our family get together over the Thanksgiving holiday. The only thing that was missing during our stay was some heavier blankets/comforter. If ever in town this time of year, be sure to visit Higgins Point to see the Bald Eagles as they're passing through the area feasting on Kokanee.

Summary: TV was hard to figure out. Need cable…we couldn’t get MSNBC to check on the market. Recliner was unplugged when we arrived but I figured it out.

Summary: Three simple words to describe this home: Clean, Fresh, New. The home was well equipped for everything we needed during our travels-washe/dryer for laundry, well appointed kitchen, a nice large screen television with streaming apps, Mountain Bikes and tubes for floating in the river. The location was great for our day trip adventurers to Sand Point Farragut State Park etc. Would definitely stay here again.
