Summary: Full disclosure: there are 2 suites that can be booked in this house.When I booked the VRBO there was no mention of 2 suites in the ad and I would probably not have booked if I would have known about the second suite. Pros: The part of the house we stayed in was clean and nicely decorated and well stocked, comfy beds and lots of bathrooms- yay! Cons : On the first night we were not able to park where we were told we could park and so we had to chase down an answer as to where we could park at 10pm. On the second night the people who rented the basement kept us up with their fighting and loud music. This was extremely disappointing. It was warm upstairs that night and we wanted to open the windows but couldn’t because of the loudness of the tenants in the basement and their constant slamming of the door and raised voices. Carlette was quick to respond to emails and the time I called her about the parking I left a voice mail and she responded within 10-15 minutes.

Summary: No AC but the house was clean. The property owner sent a Google maps link which took us to the wrong house, which led to a lot of confusion. No proper access from the back parking pad to the front

Summary: I like the place, clean, and the location was perfect for my needs. You can get everywhere in 30 min drive. Only I wish kitchen has more items, like knives, pots.

Summary: Sweet little home but not clean. Microwave was dirty - still food in the sink. Floors were not washed - baseboards noticeably dirty. Very quick and sloppy cleaning. Host indicated that previous renters had damaged home which meant a later check out than agreed on. I brought up the cleanliness and indicated we wanted a discount. Host has yet to address or respond to this request. We spent 1 hour cleaning (kitchen, bathrooms) so we felt comfortable staying there. Host was notified and pictures provided. Space was adequate but would not stay again.

Summary: The beds were clean and comfortable, towels provided. The layout accommodated our needs well. Parking is a little tricky out front with a truck but there’s a parking pad in back. The bathrooms and kitchen were nice but a bit disappointing cleanliness wise. Appeared to have been only ‘spot cleaned’ instead of the real deal. Overall satisfactory but would have been more comfortable if the cleanliness was improved.

Summary: Gorgeous house. Phenomenal couch. Kitchen was the deciding factor but when arrived the bar stools were terrible but the kitchen table was amazing for dinners and drinks. Beds were comfy and close to grocery store. Huge playground behind sun division for little kids. Definitely book again. Not great street parking for big trucks but very convenient to entrance.
