Our Miami Modern Home is designed to be as comfortable as your home away from home. One thing I love the most about our home is how the sun shines so BRIGHT throughout each & every room. The entire space is fully equipped with all your basic needs for an enjoyable day & easygoing day.
Guest access
There’s no space in our place that’s off limits! Guests are free to utilize the entire house and amenities within. We do only ask that you leave the security system in place, there’s nothing you will need to do during your stay for it to operate properly.

The beautiful thing about where we are located is that everything is close! From convenient stores, to restaurants, attractions and many more options. Let maps be your friend while exploring the area but I’m always here to recommended or suggest places to go to.

Summary: There were mice in the apartment. We bought groceries and stored them on the kitchen counter by the morning there were bites and holes in the bread. I tried messing the host and got no response!! Otherwise the house was kept clean but they need to get that sorted out !

Summary: If you’re looking for a nice little place to stay in Miami this is it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the house is a little small but comfortable and it’s fenced in all the way around. Perfect place if you have a small family or travel with dogs. My family and I loved it here and my dogs really enjoyed the yard. Check in/ out was a breeze. Samantha is amazing and response quick to any questions or concerns. We had no problems here at all besides the little bugs that comes in the house which I think is just normal Florida living. But there’s can of bug spray under the sink to help with that. All in all we had a great experience staying here and will definitely go back whenever we’re in Miami.

Summary: Clean but small. Beds advertised as Queens but they are only doubles. No table to eat at & only one sofa in livingroom. We were only there to shower & sleep so it worked. Wouldn’t want to spend much time there.

Summary: When we arrived at the property, we noticed that one of the beds was partially made (whereas the second bedroom was fully made). The duvet was missing from the bed, and we found it in the closet with no duvet cover. For sanitary purposes we texted the host to inquire about getting a duvet cover and was told a maid would deliver one the next day, that did not happen, and the host was unable to get us one for the 5 days stay. The bedroom also had lots of ants crawling around by the air conditioner (I don't think the window was properly sealed for the unit). We also had an issue with the shower, as the drain would not fully work and it took forever for the water to drain, at the end of the trip, it no longer drained, and I lost confidence in our host to fix this issue. In addition, we were not provided with enough toilet paper for our stay and had to purchase our own. I do understand that this is a relatively new listing, so I hope that the host will improve on these things for their future guests.
