Summary: The best aspect of this condo is the location to all of the shops and dining. Fredrick is a charming town which is very walkable , filled with beautiful gardens, and charming old buildings. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Parking is in rear of building.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this Frederick condo. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space for three adults. Everything was in good working order. The condo is a short walk to lots of shops, restaurants and the park. Parking behind the condo was convenient and easy to use. Only suggestions would be a pathway from the parking area to the back patio (currently you have to walk through uneven grass) and more lighting near the patio steps. Highly recommend if you're staying in Frederick!

Summary: The stairs were harder to get up than we thought! Place was clean and modern. Needed hand towels and bath mats. All in all, it was convenient and laid out well.

Summary: We were so happy with this property. There is plenty of space to spread out. It is fantastic to be so close to downtown Frederick. Also, the parking space in the alley is convenient to have.

Summary: Right downtown in historic old Frederick. Two large bedrooms, nice kitchen, lots of room, very clean. Only minor bummer was not having CNN as an available channel on the TV. But really, no complaints at all. Couldn't have been cleaner, which was appreciated. Would definitely come back again!
