The fully-furnished kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and seating for four at the breakfeast bar. The cozy living room has a full-size sleeper-sofa, flatscreen tv and a recliner, perfect for movie viewing. The bedroom is spacious and includes a king-size bed, dresser and a large closet. The sleeper sofa in the living room will allow this unit to accommodate up to four guests. The bathroom features custom tile, a granite countertop and a large soaking tub with shower. Centrally located in the heart of the 8th street business district this condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, breweries , Sperry Movie house and Hope College.
The buildings that house the Lofts date back to the early 1900's. The architectural details and unique construction provide a perfect backdrop for these fully restored and updated condos.
