Summary: This unit was ok, as was the experience. We didn't like booking with hotels.com and then having to re-upload our ID again to a 3rd party and having to then deal with a management company and the property itself. We also didn't appreciate all the fees.. by the time they were done feeing us to death, the cost of the room doubled! The hot tub was only open until 6pm!?? (Seriously) Only 2 towels period..(so no seperate towel for the pool for either of us) The elevators were a PITA and we had to go thru that several times while here. The location was good and the staff were fun/good but we wouldn't stay here again unless it was half price.
