We invite you to stay in our contemporary, stylish home with a true Austinite backyard. Note: this home is the larger Unit A home attached to a Unit B home (duplex). The home has its own big yard and entrance. Other than the driveway, there are no shared spaces.
You'll be in walking distance to one of the trendiest restaurants for brunch and happy hour, coffee - Hank's! The Mueller neighborhood is also a 3 min drive away offering Mueller Lake Park, restaurants, Alamo Drafthouse cinema, pubs, Starbucks, Juiceland, and the best HEB grocery store in our opinion. Not to mention, only a 10 min drive to downtown or 12 min north to The Domain!

The Windsor Park neighborhood is a multi-cultural, transitioning area with new construction homes (this Airbnb) mixed in with a majority of older Austin homes. Note: *a transitioning and gentrifying area is not for everyone,* however, it does offer this newer construction home and great access to three majors highways. Enjoy convenience to get straight to Downtown/SXSW/ACL, shopping at The Domain, UT campus, Mueller Lake Park, Q2 Stadium, and the AUS airport!
Car or Uber/Lyft recommended. The driveway can fit 1 car and there is free street parking as well. In this location, you can get to most major entertainment within 10-15 minutes!
FAQ's
► Is luggage drop-off allowed for early arrivals or late departures?
- Yes! Luggage can be dropped off two hours before check-in (2:00pm) and left two hours after check-out (1:00pm) while the cleaners are there turning the space. Please be sure to leave it just inside the house by the front door and be sure to pick up your luggage before 1:00pm (any later will result in a $50/hr fee).
► Early check-in?
- Unfortunately, our home is in high demand! Our cleaning team needs adequate time to clean and prepare the house for y'all so we will not be able to accommodate an early check-in. You may drop off your luggage just inside the front door as early as 2pm while the cleaners are there. That way, you can get a head start on exploring the city. We hope this helps :)
► Late check-out?
- Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate late check-outs. Our cleaning team needs the time to clean and prepare the house for the next guests. You may leave your luggage at the Airbnb until 1:00pm at the latest (any later will result in a $50/hr fee). We hope this helps!
► Is the neighborhood walkable?- This is a gentrifying neighborhood. We recommend walking 5 mins to Hank's (very popular restaurant and coffee shop), or a quick bite at Little Deli (1 min walk). Otherwise, it is more scenic to pop over to Mueller Lake Park for a beautiful trails, shopping, and more restaurants.
► Are there coffee shops or restaurants nearby?
- Yes! We highly recommend Hank's for brunch and coffee! They offer WiFi for working remote.
► Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member or co-worker?
- While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own Airbnb account. You can potentially earn travel credit by referring someone to book their first reservation with Airbnb. Go to Account Settings and click on "Invite Friends" for more details.
► When is the pool available?
- The warmest months to use the Cowboy Pool are March - October (sometimes November).
