Positive: Nice clean place in a good location. Nicely styled and quite comfortable. A great alternative to a hotel, particularly if you don't use the amenities and just want a hassle-free place to sleep and get ready in the mornings. It would also serve well for people spending more time in it, because it is a fully equipped apartment that you could live in.
Negative: Underground parking was very tight. I had a Tahoe for a rental and it was very challenging to park. I recommend compact cars only if you are not in the 99 percentile for parking skills. I had to pull into another parking space up around the corner, so I could turn around in order to reverse down to my parking space and back in. The assigned space is the very last space in the underground parkade, and there is no ability to turn around. This was by no means a deal-breaker, and I saw it as a challenge, but I think most people would want to know this in advance because it would significantly impact their decision on which vehicle they would bring.
Summary: Great stay. Will likely do it again.

Positive: I had an excellent stay at Modern Cozy Nest in Calgary. The location couldn’t be better, right in the city centre with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything I could possibly need, and felt just like home. The host was wonderful, very kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to messages. The building is quiet and safe. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Calgary.

Positive: A bright, well equipped apartment. Anything you could need was provided. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Close to bars and restaurants. Easy access to city centre. Check in and out was fast and straightforward. Would definitely stay again

Positive: Bed and sofa bed in living room is comfortable. Very clean and nice touches with toiletries like makeup remover pads and shampoo, conditioner, coffee/tea. Kitchen supplies, spices, proper knives. Bathroom has two doors so can be accessed from bedroom and from living area separately. Really good air conditioning.
Negative: Parking spot is at the very bottom and against wall on side and in front. It took backing in slowly especially if the neighbour is there.

Positive: I loved the apartment, it had all the small luxuries treats you love when away from home, but the place felt very cozy, like home. I loved the decorations in the condo. Great location. Everything was immaculately clean, tidy, and comfortable. It was really nice to have a dressing gown, cotton pad supplies, shampoo, and shower gel. The kitchen was well supplied, having some seasoning, coffee and herbal tea, and most of the appliances you need to use on a shorter stay. There was a nice view from the balcony, and the table and chair offered a nice sitting there, unfortunately the weather wasn't great when I was there.
Negative: There wasnt many things I didn't like, one thing that the heating/cooling system wasn't so easy to adjust or set to the right temperature. Either I was cold or warm, but not a dealbreaker at all. The sofa was slightly on the used side, but was still ok. If you are planning to cook a lot, there isn't a lots of space for that, but still possible. I really can't say anything that I truly didn't like in this condo. I wish there was access to a gym, and the place would be just perfect :) oh, and black tea would be a great addition to the herbal teas.
