Our loft is designed for those who love adventure inside and out. While inside you will love the fun space that invites you to play; ping pong, a kids' nook, brain puzzles, and Ringo. And out your door there is ample hiking, biking, volleyball, disc golf, swimming and top rated restaurants. Come feel relaxed and alive at the same time.
Our space is very open concept. The main bedroom is separate from the main living space and has a glass windows overlooking the kitchen and dining room and does not have a conventional entrance door. The second bedroom has a curtain separating it from main living space with a bunk bed: one double size futon bed and a single on top. We list the space for 5 people but if you have a 6th person that wants to stay on our couch just let us know, and we can arrange it.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at the studio. My kids loved that there was a lot to do inside like books, drawing, ping pong and movies, and from our perspective we couldn't beat the location. Right on the snow next to the Wilderness Lift and moments away from the backcountry. Paul was a great host, around when we needed him and then let us do our own thing.

Summary: The location is perfect for mountain access. One day I had a two-hour virtual call; the wifi is reliable and you can easily sit at the table with a nice non-descript background that your boss won't know you're away. We brought our dog, so took long breaks. There is a very nice dog park in the town of Waterbury, about 20 minutes away. The kitchen is very easy to navigate. We made so much great food - pancakes, rack of lamb, steak & eggs, carrot cake (brought the cake frozen and frosted there - used a plate and bowl for cover), thai-coconut chicken... Good thing our Indy Passes let us ski all day/night to work off the home cooked food! The primary bed is very comfortable with enough storage space. We really enjoyed our weekend.

Summary: location was stunning, house was adorable and Paul and his daughter as well as his neighbors were all incredibly welcoming. The house is super comfortable and has a really low key and comfortable vibe. We will definitely book here again!

Summary: This place is awesome and right at the ski resort with tons to do like hiking, riding the chairlift up, exploring the pool at the fitness center. We also really enjoyed relaxing in the real cool and unique loft space. We are would def come back!!

Summary: We were in town to see a nearby college and chose the condo at Bolton off season to rent during our stay. Paul was very easy to work with and the condo was just as described. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Paul was super responsive and easy to work with. We loved this loft. The space is unique and fun, the ping pong table was great for breaks from skiing, and the view is lovely. Chickadees and red squirrels frolicking in the snowy woods. You would not know you are in the heart of a ski resort from the view! Paul thoughtfully left a sled, which the kids put to good use in the yard. Our dog met friendly neighborhood dogs to play with. And the quick walk to the Wilderness lift was fantastic to ensure the whole family got lots of runs in, despite remote school and work. We will be back!
