Summary: We had a great time. It was very clean. The only issue was that there was only small air conditioners in two of the bedrooms. The rest of the house was above 80° the whole time we were there. We stayed for a total of three days and tried different combinations with leaving the air conditioners running with doors open blinds closed Not at the house to cool off

Summary: We were able to check in early, but upon checking in we found there was no water pressure in condo. We called immediately. They were very responsive and upon learning it could not be fixed for the weekend, they moved us to another complex which was definitely an upgrade. This condo really did not have a view of the lake or a balcony. The complex is also right next to the highway so we were extremely happy with the move.

Summary: This VRBO was really great - the location is close to downtown and easy walking to restaurants, shops and even the path/hike alongside the lake. It was about a 30 minute drive to the mountain for skiing - took a little longer on the day it snowed. It is close to the train tracks, but in my opinion, the noise isn't bad. The place is spotless and the heated floors in the kitchen and primary bath (as well as the soaker tub in primary bath) were wonderful! I have asthma, so try to stay away from rentals that have wall-to-wall carpet. This VRBO was super clean and and area rugs are short pile, which is nice. Beds/linens are very comfortable. We tried a new restaurant in the area - Savory, which is about a 7 minute walk at max. It was excellent. Order at the counter but best burger/fish tacos!

Summary: This was the perfect place for our stay. Very clean, extremely well furnished, spacious and stocked with every possible tool in the kitchen you would ever need. Lots of coffee options including a grinder! There was even laundry and dishwasher pods if you needed and every bathroom had plenty of towels and soap, shampoo, conditioner and soap. It was warm and welcoming when we arrived and the check in process was seamless. Perfect location walking distance to town and right on the lake. Only one negative we experienced was is it has an extremely small water heater and needs time to warm up even after one shower. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: We started going to Sandpoint when our kids were two years old and stayed at Condo del Sol. The property is so well maintained and we are always happy with the the location and the layout of the condos. This year we retuned with our grandchildren and they feel in love with it too. We will return! The co do we stayed in was perfect for us and we were so pleased to have the opportunity to stay there.
