Summary: Great location for easy access to UT. Well maintained (indoors) historic home. Outdoors could use some sprucing up but we enjoyed it regardless. We would stay there again!

Summary: We had an enjoyable stay in this home. Had everything we needed and the backyard was nice for our dog. It can be a bit noisy with traffic noise but the neighborhood itself was nice for dog walking and quiet.The faucet in the bathroom needs attention as the cold water handle is broken. Otherwise it was fine

Summary: This is a great small house, that I previously stayed at afew years ago. The house is charming and in a convenient area that to me still feels like old Austin. The house just needs a "refresh": bathroom faucet, old windows and screens, issues w/ door easy to be locked out, wi-fi instructions had changed w/ no new instructions, found Vacassa management service unhelpful. And most importantly the cleaning service needs to thoroughly cleans the back screened in porch which has a sitting area. This is very important because of the small size of the home. Porch Screens need to be fixed, no tank for bbq, and back room and outdoor table covered in dust. "We cleaned" and I wrote something to Vacassa, prop magmt, during trip and when I returned - no reply. My issue was if I have to spend vacation time cleaning why am I paying a cleaning charge? The lack of communication w/ prop mgmt. was the most frustrating part of all - old charming house, but again, needs some attention.

Summary: Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. This cottage is very cozy, with a nice yard. Walkway to house is natural stone and bathtub is tall step in, saying this only so those with unstable footing or disabilities are aware.

Summary: we enjoyed our stay in this two bedroom cottage. Close to the stadium for the Gator Texas game that we were in town for. Great coffee shop and Mexican restaurant close by:)

Summary: I really enjoyed the property. It was very cozy. It was perfect for my family. The area around was nice as well. The only thing I wish was a little better was that there was more light for the outside. At night it gets super dark and being by an alley way it felt a little spooky. Honestly

Summary: My friend came from out-of-state for a girls weekend in Austin and we stayed here. It was the perfect location for everything we did—what a fun neighborhood! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor space much due to all the rain, but maybe next time. Like others mentioned, the furniture was completely different than what the picture shows, but that was not an issue for us. We tried to do a load of laundry and there was such a foul odor coming from inside the washing machine that we chose not to use it. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this little cottage in this quaint neighborhood.
