Summary: Overall, good stay. Things that have been noted in previous reviews have been remedied. Beds were comfy. Had everything we needed inside and it was clean indoors. The reason we stay in VRBOs is for the outdoor space that you don’t have in a hotel. That said, the outdoor space could use some attention. There was a lot of random trash laying around, patio furniture needs attention and the pool hadn’t seen chlorine in a long while (granted it was cold out and we didn’t swim but still not aesthetically pleasing to a renter). Pool also is leaking pretty badly into the side yard. The water was freezing and the auto filler is working overtime. Maybe the owners haven’t seen/been informed. But there is a definite issue there.

Summary: The location was great for our Texas visit. Not too far from Dallas airport or the fun activities in Fort Worth or to visit family in Muenster. The house was nicely laid out and offered a lot of amenities such as a nice size coffee pot which is preferred over a Keurig. The BIGGEST downside was the beds. They need to be replaced. No one should have to sleep on beds that are craters!! If it weren’t for the beds and lack of quality sleep we would have overlooked the bugs in the ceiling lights. The only other complaint would be the pool had a lot of leaves on the bottom. By the time we left and with my husband cleaning the pool and getting the pool vacuum working again the pool looked great. We did enjoy the pool every day though. Overall we would stay there again and hopefully the beds will have been replaced.

Summary: We had a nice stay at this house while we were in town for a wedding. There were a few small things that could have been better... the master bed is extremely uncomfortable with a sinking hole in the middle, the grill was disgusting and there were no brushes to clean it with (they did offer to reimburse us if we wanted to go buy more), and very few bath towels but overall a nice stay at a clean property.

Summary: We stayed at the property 4 days . The property could have been much cleaner. The main bathroom was dirty. The property owner had landscapers stop by we were out by the pool and manager didn’t tell us. It happened a 2nd time the Next day and 2 men came with out to the property with out a call or anything. These 2 older men banged on the front door we did not answer ! My 2sons were by the pool they just went around the back side yard and said , we need to look at this property. They are lucky we didn’t call the police bc we had no idea who these people who were walking on this property. That was very scary. That was very disappointing when this happened bc we were wondering who was going to show up next that we didn’t know about.
