Summary: We stayed here for a week with another 4 families during my daughter’s softball tournament, this place has plenty of space that allowed our large group to spread out and not feel crowded, it definitely is as advertised on the listing, the comunicación with host was great, we loved the views and the girls had so much fun watching the longhorns. The only downside is that the second floor AC seems not to be working well so it was warmer than the rest of the house, there was a portable unit on each room which definitely helped, and there is only one TV in the whole house located In the family room downstairs which the girls claimed as their own.😁 If we come back we will definitely book this place. Thank you Amelia for sharing your house!!!

Summary: We were in the area for our son’s wedding at Perryhill Farms. Having this home as a central headquarters for our family was so convenient to quickly go to/from the venue and commute to Salem for the rehearsal dinner! Unfortunately, some of us had to sleep at a local hotel because the upstairs AC was out during a heat wave on July 4th weekend. The owners tried everything to get it fixed but were unsuccessful. They did adjust our fees accordingly. If the upstairs AC had been working, accommodations would have been perfect for the nine of us. The home is very spacious, nice, and well described in the listing. There is limited usable outdoor space, but the cows are fun to watch.

Summary: This home was so perfect for adult siblings and cousins to gather and spend time together. we were in town for a 50th Wedding celebration for a cousin and 9 of our siblings and cousins stayed together in this spacious, clean, lovely home. Room to eat together, plenty of privacy for sleeping accommodations. We made great memories here. Watching the cattle were an extra dividend of entertainment and the golf course close by was great for a quick 9 rounds of golf. Owners were easy to communicate with and we had no problems at all . Loved it, would stay again.

Summary: We rented the house for one of our scout sons wedding at a near by vineyard. We so much enjoyed sitting on the porch the 1st evening there, chatting and looking at the view. Check in was easy, house was as described, no surprises, host was very easy to work with. I got there first, so called dibes on the master bed and bath, really amazing. I do love to cook, kitchen was very well stocked, great breakfast was cooked both mornings, and a lunch, with lots of room to dine. We recommend this place for a weekend of golf, so close, wedding or just visiting the local wineries. It was A+.

Summary: This property was a great fit for ourselves, our 3 adult kids and grandkids for the weekend of our daughters' wedding at a nearby vineyard. The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. There are 3 levels, with 2 bedrooms on both the main and upper floor. One bedroom and separate living room on lower level. Plenty of bathrooms-3 full and 1 half, although none on the lower level (just for reference for future renters). Scenery was beautiful, property was quiet. 2 refrigerators in the house too. Beds were comfortable and we would stay again if in the area.

Summary: Our team needed to rent a large home in the Dallas area as we were working on a large construction project and it was a great option all around. The team loved the quaintness of it and the views. We would absolutely recommend the home if you have a large group. The owner was very attentive as well and quick to respond.

Summary: My sister was visiting from California so we needed a bigger space for Thanksgiving dinner. The home was beautiful and clean! I loved the rolling green fields that surrounded the home. The kitchen is really spacious. The only downside for us was that the ovens (2) weren’t working properly. One of the ovens didn’t work at all, and the second one had issues with the temperature. We discovered the issue with the second oven when our pumpkin pie wasn’t baking after 40 minutes in the oven. We notified the owners of the issue but since it was a holiday there wasn’t much that could be done. It all worked out, we just ended up eating dinner 4 hours later than we had intended. Besides that, our stay was very pleasant!

Summary: This was our family’s first trip to Oregon. What a great spot! House was fabulous for space and availability to fun things. Loved all the spots we could hang out in. Host was awesome in communication and would highly recommend for others. Especially loved the visits in the am with coffee wandering over to see the longhorns! Amazing.
