Summary: This is definitely a DIY house or a really bad contractor was at work here. Still a decent spot The location was really run down but it was so run down that it was almost an abandoned neighborhood so it felt kinda “safe”. This is only a good option only if the hotels are more expensive for an overnight stay. 3.5 out 5 stars

Summary: My daughter, husband, and I stopped in Macon for a quick trip in order to visit Mercer University. This home was just perfect for an overnight stop. It was SO close to the university and Macon. We enjoyed our trip and host. We would stay here again, and I am sure that we will since our daughter has decided to attend Mercer next year!!
