Modern farmhouse with character near WVU, hospitals, hiking, water activities, and winter skiing! Reading room with a massage chair, huge sunroom, and 75-inch TV. Watch the game and let the kids watch cartoons! Hot tub with color-changing lights, lit brick patio in the front, and fire pit in the back. Camp chairs and roasting sticks are provided. Washer, dryer, open kitchen, reclining couch, large windows, and large fenced outdoor yard for the dogs. Enjoy the uniqueness and character of an old house with all the updated amenities. Close to Cheat Lake, Cooper's Rock, and Deep Creek. A mile from eating, shopping, fitness center, salon, and more! In the center of it all, yet hidden from view.
Great outdoor space! Gourmet kitchen! Large rooms! Lots of parking (at least five cars).
The master bedroom includes a deep tub with an open-concept shower and a queen-size bed. Two upstairs rooms share a full bath. Queen-size bed in room nearest bathroom and full-size futon in other. Dogs are welcome to stay with you but must be kept in the downstairs area. (Gate provided for separation). A fenced yard provides plenty of opportunities for pets and kids to play. Summary: We celebrated a WVU graduation driving a good distance and arriving late evening. It was pleasant to arrive at this clean and comfortable rental property dealing with zero issues. The fenced yard was very convenient for our 11 year old lab. Beautiful kitchen and hot tub was a bonus.

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our stay in this unique home. Everything was clean on arrival and the check in process was super easy. We found the property location great. We spent some time in town visiting family, and also ventured over to the nearby Coopers Rock State Forest (great view and fun hike). Close to several dining and grocery options. We did not have any issues come up during our stay but property manager was very responsive pre-arrival. Great stay - thanks!
