Summary: Great place to entertain and host family when we visited. Clean and comfortable, great communications! Would stay again. Note there is no pool table as listed. If you have allergies, asthma or any sensitivity to odors, you should notify before you arrive so they don't spray all the rooms and surfaces to make it smell "nice"- we couldn't breathe until it dissipated the next day.

Summary: All adults and our 1 yr old Cavapoo puppy stayed for 6 days for a family wedding. Very comfortable beds, linens, furniture. Since it was cooler than normal for the time of year, it would have been great if the fireplace was usable, maybe a gas insert? There were no decent cushions for lanai furniture, but when I requested some, they were sent ASAP. We spent most of our time out there by the pool. Gas grill was great as was the firepit. All in all, we had a great stay. We could see where an extra garage fridge would have been nice, as the kitchen fridge was stuffed with food for several adults. The host was open to any and all suggestions and really made us feel welcome and that she took our suggestions under consideration. If you are not a fan of gravel roads, it might not be the place for you, but we didn't mind a bit, except for one night when it had poured rain for hours and one son had to fight to get his Mustang rental through the mud, which was a challenge even for those of us in SUV & truck. Next morning it was passable. Thanks for the memories made during our stay. We will be back!

Summary: We went up for my Neice’s wedding on Saturday so it was a short trip. Wasn’t able to enjoy the pool but the house had everything we needed. Lots of fenced in area for the dogs to run and play. House was very clean and welcoming. Loved the property was out in a rural area. Even had a sweet Christmas tree and lights outside. Great place. Highly recommend to anyone needing to be in the Zephyrhills area. This was close to family and the Wedding venue so it was perfect. Will stay again when we come back. Thank you to the Host for all her help. She is fabulous.

Summary: We really enjoyed our family time , we traveled from out of state to visit grandkids that live in Zephyrhills. We all enjoyed the pool and taking walks to see the neighbors horses !

Summary: Fantastic Villa, loved the peace and quiet. Beautiful location away from the craziness of the cities. Perfectly located for a 40 min drive to Tampa airport and Busch Gardens. Thankyou.
