Summary: This property was amazing! It was spacious and well furnished. It was a pleasant surprise how well stocked the kitchen was! For the three adults who stayed, we each had our own room for privacy and the common areas (e.g., kitchen, living room, bathroom) never felt crowded. We had a lot of rain during our stay so couldn’t enjoy the fire pit area! But maybe next time!I highly recommend this property!

Summary: The place was very clean, updated and as described. I would definitely stay here. Two bedrooms are upstairs and there’s one bathroom which is downstairs. Not a problem for us but just to be aware. Very cute, modern looking farmhouse in a safe location.

Summary: The house and property are wonderful. We stayed here for a family trip to see the total eclipse in April. The house is very well kept and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are incredibly comfortable and we all slept well. We loved the big yard, with covered porch and patio. We spent a lot of time outside. Britni and Mitch reached out to us after booking and we were able to chat with them before our trip and ask them questions about the area and get advice on places to go while in Higden/Heber Springs. We would love to come stay here again.

Summary: This property is absolutely beautiful and perhaps the cleanest home we've ever stayed in. The hosts explained everything and were not negligent or overbearing in communicating with us. Our stay was peaceful and exactly what our family needed after a very difficult past 2yrs. To the hosts: Thank you so much! To anyone booking: Book here! You won't regret it.
