Connect with nature in our new, bright and modern 2 bedroom/1 bath guest house tucked away in the forest, but in a gated community with community lake with beach, pool, playground, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts.
Watch deer from the screened porch, stroll 1/2 mile to the serene lake, or drive 15 minutes to hike the vast trail systems of the University of the South or South Cumberland State Park. Then return to rest and stream movies over high-speed fiber internet.
We designed this place to feel bright, open and connected to the surrounding forest with plenty of windows, vaulted ceilings and a spacious screened porch. It sleeps 5, with 2 queen bedrooms and a twin bed in a special loft with views of the stars. And the fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer allow you to settle in for as long as you'd like.

Summary: Such a gem! Family getaway for a long weekend and this cottage was lovely. We biked, walked, played in the woods. The community has tennis and pickle balls courts that we also took advantage of. The cottage was super clean and fantastic for our group of five. Very well stocked-above and beyond what you would typically expect. Hosts were very friendly and available for any issues (though we didn’t have any). They offered suggestions of things to do around the area as well. We plan to come back!
