Summary: This particular part of the house is correctly described as a studio apartment (one room for everything plus bath, kitchenette and clothes hanging stand in an otherwise unused hallway) but it is very large. Pleasant neighborhood with well-tended yards and homes. Overhead kitchen light is a bit dim and a desk lamp would be nice. Host very responsive.

Summary: Great little studio rental. There was a delay in the check in code being sent and I would recommend adjusting the shower door. My wife was locked in while a was a the grocery store.

Summary: Property matched pictures posted. All of the inside looked new or newly remodeled. Patio area and walkway seemed new as well. Did not get a chance to use due to rain and plans with family. Bed was comfy. Amenities provided were adequate. I had trouble knowing where to park without asking. Parking for unit was limited. Husband and I traveled separately so this presented a challenge. I had to contact them for access to unit instead of getting a code 48 hours in advance. Neighborhood was quiet. Location was really close to family. I would probably stay here again.
