Summary: Leider spricht die Vermieterin nur französisch. Das Häuschen selbst ist ordentlich. Einige Kleinigkeiten könnte man verbessern, wie etwa die ungedämmte Holztür zwischen Bad und Garage, die fehlende Lampe im Schlafzimmer, die Gestaltung des Gartens/der Wiese etc. Auch der Holzofen zieht nicht immer gut. Die Bettwäsche sollte dringend einmal erneuert werden, auch die antiken Stühle im Schlafzimmer sind recht verstaubt. Das kleine Schlafzimmer mit den 2 Einzelbetten ist schon sehr schlicht und ohne Wohncharakter. Die Couch ist für 6 Personen ungeeignet, Wohn- und Essbereich kleiner als auf den Bildern vermutet. Es gibt ausschließlich französisches Fernsehprogramm und der Empfang ist zeitweise gestört. Ansonsten liegt das Haus recht gut, in 2 min. erreicht man den Strand, in 10 min Einkaufszentren. Es ist sehr ruhig.

Summary: Sehr schönes Haus in 1a Lage direkt am Meer. Ein Traum morgens aufzuwachen und aus dem Bett das Meer zu sehen (vom Schlafzimmer im 1. OG). Ausstattung der Küche bietet alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Die Betten und Matratzen sind in Ordnung. In der Umgebung kann man viel Erkunden. Landschaftlich eine sehr schöne Gegend der Normandie. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Im Haus kein Internet oder WLAN.

Summary: Eigenaars heel vriendelijk .het huis niet groot maar wel voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Omheinde tuin.strand juist om de hoek.

Summary: Das Haus war wie beschrieben, die Vermieterin wie besprochen zur Schlüsselübergabe und Einwisung in das Haus zur Stelle. Die Ausstattung ist tatsächlich umfangreich, allenfalls die Bedienung der Heizung aus deutscher Sicht etwas ungewöhnlich. Ein umzäunter Garten zu alleinigen Nutzung rundet das Angebot ab, der Stand ist leicht zu erreichen. Wer etwas Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, kann hier richtig liegen. Überrascht waren wir von der Müllentsorgung, die Tüten werden einfach an die Straße gestellt und von dort abgeholt. Nettes Haus sehr nah am Meer.
