Our modern Family Resort-style 4 bed provides endless entertainment for our guests. This spacious property features a family friendly residence with a pool, pergola, BBQ grill, and is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Our home is conveniently located just minutes from First Colony Mall and Sugar Land’s popular restaurants and pubs and is less than 30 minutes to many of Houston's top destinations!

The single-story house offers a cozy sensation in a spacious floor plan. House features 4 bedrooms sleeps 12 guests. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom & walk-in closet, 2 queen bedrooms & one commodious kids’ room with 2 bunk beds. Roomy living area with access to the backyard with beautiful outdoor seating area under pergola & the pool. Full size kitchen equipped with all needed tools to prepare your preferred gourmet connected to laundry room.
A lot of fun is waiting in the entertainment room with large 65” TV, pool table, foosball table with high-speed internet service.
Plenty of space & excitement in the backyard gas grill to enjoy a pleasing family BBQ under the lovely pergola and get a quality time on the sofa set beside the pool.
The house is equipped with fast WIFI, 3 large 65” Smart TVs in (living area – master bedroom – entertainment room). A full Kitchen can also be utilized with Toaster, pancake maker, Coffee Maker, Pots, Pans, and dishwasher.
Complementary coffee & creamer are stocked in the kitchen during the stay.

THINGS TO NOTE:
1. ID verification, Security Deposit and Signed Guest Agreement (See #10)

3. No Loud Music - Quiet Hours - 10 PM to 7AM
4. We have a cameras at the front door and above the garage facing the street.
5. Pets are allowed with a fee for stays longer than 7 nights!
7. SAME DAY check-ins, please message to confirm check-in time.
8. EARLY CHECK-IN IS ONLY ALLOWED IF NO GUESTS THE NIGHT PRIOR. Please ask the night before your check-in for approval.
9. Early Check-in Fee: If you are looking to check-in early, we allow a FREE early check-in up to 2PM (If it's available, and no guests book the night prior). If you need to check-in prior prior to 2PM, there is an additional $20 fee per HOUR before 2pm.
10. We require a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We have 2 options that you can choose between:
Option 1: Damage Waiver ($39) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
