4 Bedroom House in Bar Harbor

Welcome to our freshly remodeled home in the heart of Mount Desert Island.
3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath ~3300 sq/ft. The 4th bedroom would be the sun room that has a queen sleeper sofa. We fit 10 guest comfortably and can fit up to 12 by request adding 2 rollaway beds for additional 100$ per night per guest.
Master bedroom has 1 king size bed ,walk in closet , full bath
Second bedroom has 1 king size bed
Third bedroom has 2 tween size beds and 1 bunk bed
The Sunroom /office has a queen sofa bed .
Our house is spacious and cozy with lots of amenities . Located conveniently away from the busy town, only a short trip to every famous location on the island. Small quiet neighborhood in private setting.
Beautiful flower garden some hardscaping, fire pit, swing and 4 people hot tub.
Enjoy Acadia park and the countless hiking.
House is in private setting small neighborhood of main road and has two levels.
Main level features hard wood floors all around.
We prefer if you leave your shoes off, house will be sparkling clean upon your arrival.
Entrance door leads into open kitchen- living room floor plan highlighted by large kitchen island with granite counter top and electric fire place. Two screened doors lead you to outside deck with gas grill for memorable cookouts- watching sunsets with family.
On other side you have half bathroom, laundry and dryer room that you walk trough to our bright with window on every wall reading room complimented by custom made work space, at the end of April we will add up queen sleeper sofa ,turning it basically in a 4th bedroom.
Tucked at the end of hole way you will find master bedroom with private bath- walk in shower and hot tub, this room features a large closet/changing room and king size bed.
The staircase leads downstairs to radiant heated floor in each room. One end of hole way goes to large kids bedroom with two twin beds, twin bunk bed and large closet/changing room. Second bedroom features a king size bed , tv , and a walking closet.There is one full bath with shower/tub for this floor.
And last but not least is our entertainment room highlighted by all leather recliners and gorgeous 65 inch 4K TV.
The entire house is featuring baby proof power outlets, small baby/pet gate.
There is plenty of parking available on the drive way, can easily fit 4 or more vehicles.
There is sun bath area, outdoors fire pit (we provide wood as well) and flower walk through garden and a swing ,6 people hot tub, sauna.
On the premises there is another house ,owners occupied, we are a young couple ,no kids ,just 3 indoor kitties) constantly working , we like to offer you full privacy ,so you can enjoy your vacation . You will be sharing just the driveway with us , the rest of the outdoor space, all the amenities , big garden is all yours .
You can wake up every morning to see deer family spying around the property.
We want you to feel like home and stay comfortable, let us know if anything is missing.
We prefer if you leave your shoes off while in the house, we try to maintain sparkling clean house and protect the floor of damage.
We prefer if you don't carry sharp objects or messy dinner dishes in cinema room please try to keep pets of the furniture.
Kitchen is full with cookware and dishes you may need to prepare a large family dinner.
There is plenty of towels and bed sheeting, we will provide shower gel and basic cleaning supplies as well.
There is outdoor camera monitoring the front parking- entry area and the back entry of the house.Camera is clearly visible at the further corner of building.

Summary: Home was spotless, cozy and well laid out. Plants abound inside and front yard. Kitchen had everything we needed. Linens and towels were provided. Easy check in, good communication with property manager. Master bedroom on main floor with a den/office/pullout couch. 2 bedrooms downstairs. One more appropriate for smaller kids. Beds a little small for adults. Plenty of space for our family of 5 including grown children. Pets allowed but no sign of smells or dander anywhere. Yard well manicured with plantings in full bloom. Adirondack chairs and fire pit were great. Plenty of firewood on hand from owners. House perfectly located to get to Acadia, Bar Harbor and west of MDI. We enjoyed the are tremendously and highly recommend this area and house.

Summary: We stayed with our adult family and 2 dogs. The house us very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well appointed although we did not do much cooking. Theres a nice deck for morning coffee and a lovely garden. Its about 20 min car ride to Bar Harbour and 10 min to Acadia park entry.

Summary: Great property that was very well maintained. Set in the woods. Very quiet, yet only minutes to Bar Harbor. We never needed anything but the property managers were handy had we needed something. I highly recommend this property. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Summary: Family and friends trip; we spent 5 days and 4 nights here. Plenty of space for the 11 of us (7 teenagers and 4 adults) and really comfortable. This home is conveniently located within 10-20 minutes of Bar Harbor, Acadia and all things outdoors. Hot tub, gas grill and fire pit were a great cap to every day.

Summary: We had a great time at this property. Both the house and outside property was in perfect condition and stocked with anything we needed. The cinema room is great! The only thing to know is we found it very buggy. Bring lots of bug spray and you will be fine and have a great time.

Summary: The location of this property is very good And is about 10 to 15 minutes to downtown Bar Harbor And Acadia National Park. The house is in good condition and the kitchen is fully stocked with a lobster pot and utensils to eat a lobster. The family area with the kitchen and family room is the best part of the house. There are three bedrooms. The fourth room that they consider a bedroom was not as private as my adult daughter would like so she moved to the game room had to move mattresses… So she wouldn’t have too much light early and that it was quieter for her when others stayed up late.

Summary: We wanted to visit Acadia and bring our golden retriever along. This property was great! We shared with another family. The house was modern and clean and had everything we needed. It was an easy 20 min drive to various hikes and to downtown bar harbor. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We stayed here after a few days of camping out in Acadia. The house was super clean the hosts were easy to contact and timely responses to messages. Loved the cinema room made for a nice relaxing night after roughing it during the week! 10/10 would Recommend
