This modern family home has everything you need for a wonderful weekend away or extended holiday. Ideal for a family or two couples. The property has a spa, two decks, a weber bbq, a playhouse for the kids. Inside there is a great wood burner for those colder months (firewood provided). About one kilometre down the road is the beautiful Ti Point wharf (great for wharf fishing), coastal walk and lovely little sandy beaches along the track with great swimming.
Explore the many other attractions the area has to offer - beaches, cafes and restaurants, wineries, breweries, walks and golf courses, or stay home and soak up the magnificent sunsets across the Omaha Estuary and Mt Tamahunga.
Please note, this is not a bach but our family home so it has everything a home has with our personal possessions put away.

Summary: This is a beautiful home with a superb position overlooking the bay. We had a restful week enjoying the scenery, snorkelling at goat island and relaxing in the spa. Holly is a lovely host. We are hoping to return soon!

Summary: Our family of 4, with our 21 & 17 yr old sons, found Holly & Stu’s place perfect. The private semi rural modern black shack with spectacular views water and rolling green hills is so close to all the great restaurants cafes wineries and everything you could need at Matakana and Warkworth. Gorgeous deck; hot tub and fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Beautiful books and the cosy fireplace also meant for a lovely relaxing holiday whatever the weather. Holly was a very a generous host and communication was instantaneous. Thank you we will be back!

Summary: The property was perfect for our Easter escape. Our family of five found the layout idea and the location a perfect location for our day trips. The house is well set up and super relaxing fir enjoying a sundowner and taking in the fantastic views. Will be back.
