Are you looking for a lake home with modern finishes and room for the whole family? This waterfront home on peaceful Lake Opechee is the perfect spot for your holiday! A spacious sandy perched beach has a few steps that lead to the water. Evenings can be spent roasting marshmallows around the fire pit that is right on the beach! The dock can accommodate two boats up to 18 feet in length. An attached fifty-foot deck and patio provide ample outdoor space to relax and gather family and friends. A gas grill and patio heater make dining al fresco easy.
This modern lake home has an open concept chef’s kitchen and living room. The kitchen has high end appliances including a gas range, three ovens, and a double wine fridge. There is enough room to prepare meals for the whole family. Granite counters and a breakfast bar add to the appeal. The living room has large wood burning fireplace and opens to the water-facing deck. There is a half bath off the kitchen, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. The master bedroom is off the living room on the main level and has two adjustable queen beds with fireplace and television help you unwind at the end of the day. The master bath is spacious and has a large tub for soaking (Jacuzzi jets are off limits).
The lower level has a large family room with a large screen television and another fireplace. There is also a wet bar equipped with a double wine fridge, dishwasher and sink.
A second and third bedroom are located downstairs, and each have their own ¾ bath with beautiful tile work. The new owners of this property have added a fourth bedroom on the lower level which is furnished with two full over full “bunk beds” (4 full beds in total. The upper bunks have a 250 pound weight limit and the lower bunks have a 400 pound weight limit). The lower level opens to the backyard for easy access to the lake. This home has air conditioning including new "mini-split" units in the lower level.
This home will be perfect for your vacation whether Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter – less than 10 miles to Gunstock Mountain Ski Resort, Bank of New Hampshire / Meadowbrook Music Pavilion, Tanger Outlet Shopping, and the shops, restaurants and attractions at Weirs Beach (mini-golf, go-karts, arcades and more!).
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. The maximum occupancy of 12, including children, is strictly enforced. Overcrowding will result in eviction from the property without refund.
2. This property requires a $500 refundable security deposit.
3. There is parking for (4) cars max. Cars must be parked in the driveway only. Any cars parked on the street will be in violation of the city ordinance and will be subject to ticketing and towing at the tenant’s expense.
Linens: Sheets, bath towel sets and arrival bedmaking service are all included with this rental. This DOES NOT include beach towels.

It's the perfect place for a large family to just relax & have fun! There are beautiful water & mountain views. The clear water, sandy beach & fire pit area were awesome! Lake Opechee is quiet & perfect for even the little ones to swim & kayak peacefully. The house is designed for comfort with spacious rooms, multiple bathrooms, central AC & extra TV's. With the chef's kitchen, deluxe grill, & plenty of indoor & outdoor seating areas we cooked & ate all our meals there instead of having to go out. Sue at Lake Vacation Rentals was very friendly & responsive. We would highly recommend this property & plan to return next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place. We ran into a few issues but not too bad. The freezer was warm and we had some meat go bad (over $70 worth of meat). The main floor was dirty. The water had some broken glass and metal in the sand that the kids found. Two days there was a landscaping crew there that cut into the ability for the kids to be outside. Having to bring our own paper products was odd for the price of the rental. General things we noticed because we have some trades people in the family; There was some hot and cold controls for the downstairs showers that were backwards, and some electrical issues of things wired backwards or incorrectly. Some of the bedroom doors stuck pretty bad and woke everyone up if someone got up in the middle of the night to use the facilities.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time last summer and would like to book another week for this upcoming summer. A couple of recommendations would have made our week even better. The fridge was very small and the shelf was broken inside which made it extremely difficult to keep our food fresh. Each family brought food for the week and ingredients to make large dinners so an extra fridge maybe in the basement near that extra freezer would have been SO helpful. The microwave did not work either which was a bummer. The beach area is small but if the owner would consider taking down some of the small trees and bushes that block the view from the beach to the dock it would have been so nice to be able to watch the kids jumping off the dock from the beach. Would also be very helpful if the check in time were a little earlier. 5pm is so late- it felt like a wasted day. Great week overall.
