3 king bedrooms -plus 1 queen bed and a bunk in another room. Comfortable queen air mattress and a couple of single air mattress's for the bonus room. Room has skylights so a bit bright in the summer to sleep in.
Peaceful home to come back after a busy day. Soak in your jetted bath tub. Relax out back surrounded by Palms, bamboo and unique fountain. Enjoy a glass of wine in your outdoor garden living area underneath a cedar pergola with skylights and a six foot fire table, listening to your favorite music. Maybe a game of corn hole is more your style. Plenty of fun and seating for all.
BBQ and a nice Traeger with pellets ready to go if your thinking smoking up a tri tip or maybe even pizza! Turns our very well on a Traeger.
Enjoy the morning with a cup of coffee out front in our sitting area for two. Great neighborhood to walk in. There are also two adult bikes that you can use and many bike trails that you can travel from out house to valley river center to the Willamette river bike trail system. Just depends how much you want to ride. ( must ask prior)
Master downstairs has its own full bathroom with twin sinks, jetted tub, fireplace, sleep science bed with adjustable mattress, Large flat screen with streaming options. All three bedrooms upstairs share the other full bathroom. 1/2 bath downstairs.
Large playroom upstairs that can be used for tv, ping pong, games or additional sleeping with a queen air mattress. (If the skylights don’t bother you) comfortable mattress’s in every room.
Desk area upstairs with printer and large monitor. Also a newer Eliptical machine.
We have a pak n play and high chair avail. If you need other items just ask.
That being said this is not a party or gathering house. This is a quiet well maintained home. We have relationships with our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level.
We are occasionally there when it is not rented so you will find a well stocked kitchen with coffee and tea, spices, oils, foil, baggies, saran wrap, paper towels and plastics to store food in. Please feel free to use them. I leave extra plastics that others have left behind in the cupboard so feel free to use them. If there is one thing I appreciate at other VRBO's is not having to purchase every little thing to cook with.
We have a Ring doorbell on driveway where cars are parked and front door. Please park in driveway. It will hold 4 cars. Limit is 4 overnight. Ask if you need additional car space.

Summary: This is our second stay at this house and we loved it. It is so beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The host was wonderful and got back to us quickly. There is a huge master bedroom/bath on the ground floor for Mom. We loved the ping pong room! This is the best house!

Summary: We've stayed at a lot of VRBO's over the years, and this home is different than all of the others because it feels like a real home. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. We flew in and hosted Thanksgiving here for our family. When we forgot a suitcase, the homeowner called us and brought it to the airport so we wouldn't miss our flight. We would stay here again. This is a top notch VRBO.

Summary: We were in Eugene for a wedding and the house provided much space and amenities for 8 of us. Nice to have such a large kitchen as well. Well supplied and the owners were very accommodating.

Summary: We stayed here with a family of 10 for my son’s wedding. The home and neighborhood were gorgeous. The backyard was beautiful to enjoy coffee next to the fire pit in the morning. Host was great!

Summary: My father-in-law's family lives in Cottage Grove so we chose Eugene as a cental point for our trip. The owners were extremely accommodating. There was an issue with their cleaning crew so they needed another hour to clean the house when we arrived, which was no problem since we needed to go get groceries anyway. When we returned they had left a nice bottle of wine for us for our inconvenience. We also forgot a blacket at the house when we left and the owners even offered to ship it back to us. As for the house, it was great. The house had plenty of room and had a lot of amenities that are not found in a typical rental home. The master bath was amazing. The shower had multiple shower heads. The bed in the master bedroom had 2 remote controls to adjust both sides of the bed. This was awesome for us because our 14 year old son has special needs and cannot sleep flat. The kitchen was top knotch with everything you would need to cook a meal for guests and family. The outside was patio area was beautiful and well done. There is a lot of seating area around the gas fire pit table. Additionally there was room to play bags or to just have kids run around. The neighbors were unbeleivably welcoming. My 4 year old son made some friends with other kids in the neighborhood and was very sad when we had to leave. Overall our experience was fatastic. I would overwhelming reccommend this house to any family looking to stay in Eugene. Hopefully, we will get a chance to return down the road.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful, spacious home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect setup for our family. If staying in Eugene is in our future, this home will be our first choice to book again. I didn't want to leave!
