Summary: Thomas’s house is very nice but it is a smart house so it has a lot of electronic gadgets in it with no instructions that would be my only suggestion is that he comes up with a book in Portuguese, English and French that explains everything in the home and how all the remotes work because I was traveling with young people, we were able to figure out how to get all the gadgets in the house going The coffee pot that he has the coffee is only sold at the Nespresso store in the forum. You cannot find it in a supermarket in the area of his home so I would buy at least one box per family just so they have it even if he has to go up on the rent for the cost of the box of coffee. It was too cold to swim, but the pool was beautiful and the gentleman came one day to clean the pool it was sparkling and bubbling, and we really wanted to get into it, but the weather was too cold. There should also be instructions on the washer dryer. It is a combination washer dryer And I figured it out and I also showed our lovely lady Isabel how to use it. She was fantastic and she does speak English. It’s broken, but it is well enough to communicate and she also speaks Spanish. our vacation was a wonderful experience and we would recommend Thomas’s home to everyone.

Summary: Stated a hot tub there were none, pool too cold to use, bathroom fixtures. Be sink not cleaned very oily looking , door to enter was broken very hard to open left unlocked for fear not getting in, workers have access to unit when I was renting , one bedroom ac wasn’t working not fixed during our stay, patio door doesn’t shut properly, left metal shutter closed, coffee maker not useable went to grocery store no coffee pods work in it

Summary: Extremely clean, just as it looks in the pictures in the listing. Very roomy, kids loved the pool, walking distance to some good restaurants, short drive to beaches and supermarkets.
