Welcome to The Roy - a modern townhouse situated right in the centre of Glenroy - one of Melbourne's thriving northern suburbs. The entire townhouse is yours to enjoy while visiting our wonderful city.
You are close to everything - walking distance to the train station, bus hub + main shopping area with a wide range of food and shopping options. Grab an Uber and in 10 minutes you're at the airport. Or jump on the train and you're in the city in 25 minutes.

The space
At The Roy you have modern comforts waiting for you in the townhouse, with solar power, an open plan living area with Netflix, Disney+ and 5G wifi.
A fully equip kitchen, with an Nespresso coffee machine ( it's Melbourne - how could we not offer you coffee!) and a seperate laundry and 2 bathrooms.
Reverse heating and cooling are in all rooms, where you have three bedrooms, all with Queen beds and all linen in provided. The upstairs main bedroom has an additional TV for you too. There is also a small upstairs library area to relax, read one of the many novels available and play board games in.
Outdoors you have your own courtyard, with an entertainment area, plus your own driveway for you to park your car during your stay.
And for the families - a high chair, stroller, and a huge range of duplo lego is available on request.
Please note, our townhouse may not suit all young families as we do have a large set of stairs. We are happy to discuss any of your queries regarding this.

Other things to note
Directly across the road from you, you have the new Glenroy Community Hub, where you can visit the library, take the kids for a play in the playground and even charge your electric car.
For the foodies and coffee lovers, restaurants and cafes are close by, including George Jones, Augustus Gelatery, Mary Lou's and Poppy Cafe. For those that like a Banh Mi Roll - we absolutely recommend going to the bakery next to Poppy. And the local bottle shop is literally just around the corner from where you will be staying.

Summary: Clean, nice floor plan, easy walking distance to trains, grocery and restaurants. Enclosed front patio was delightful and there was nice enclosed area in the back to dry clothes. Kitchen area was easy to use. Would highly recommend and stay again. Visiting family in the area.
