Positive: It was pet friendly. It was convenient for us. The layout and decor was lovely. The hot water was instantaneous.
Negative: The unit is a converted garage and under a residence. Any movement by the upstairs tenant resulted in loud squeaks over head. It was especially intense over the sleeping area. The only heat in the unit is an antiquated gas wall mounted heater. We could not get it started - but luckily had a portable space heater in our van that we could use instead.The noise began at 5 am every morning. Also the access to the unit was precarious - requiring going down a path to a set of uneven steps between buildings. The keypad entry could have been better explained… as in ‘turn the knob as soon as the beep is heard’. The doorknob also was very loose and felt insecure.
Summary: A very mixed experience, one we would be unlikely to repeat.

Positive: We loved at how quiet it was. Even being by a busy street and road construction going on out front, it was so quiet. It was in a really easily accessible location. They had everything from great towels to cooking seasonings, and it lacked nothing.
Negative: Parking during the construction was bothersom. They needed darker curtains in the bedroom. That morning, 🌞 beats right in. Don't plan on sleeping in, l
