Summary: This was our 2nd time staying at this location. It’s very convenient to my husband’s family. Just a few small things to mention. The curtain on the door kept falling down, there was a little dust on the lamp in the bedroom and the folks upstairs were a bit loud for two of the three nights we were there. But otherwise it’s a great place to stay. Isnstructions for getting we’re clear and easy to follow. The bathroom is fantastic with its big shower and loads of fluffy towels. The galley kitchen is well equipped with a microwave and a stove top. There is a filtered water pitcher in the fridge. A steamer for your clothes and an electric kettle for hot water.

Summary: The place is just like the pictures, very clean, nice and quiet. The AC is on the family room area, not in the bedroom. It gets a bit warm if you want to close the bedroom door. Otherwise, really nice place to stay,

Summary: First trip to New York, came for a concert at UBS arena and needed something close. This listing did not disappoint. The pictures are accurate, and the host had everything prepared-including the directions for using the new stovetop should we need it. The bathroom was clean-everything was actually- and very comfortable. Would totally recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s a basement, but doesn’t really feel like it and it gets sunlight through the windows. It was really clean, plenty of dishes and silverware for the three of us. The bathroom was the best part. Very spacious with a fantastic shower. If we need a place to stay on our frequent visits to Long Island, we will stay at this great apartment.
