Positive: The close proximity to motorways etc was useful.
Negative: Would have appreciated a decent communal, or living area. Couch horrible. A space where a family are able to hang and relax from a day out. The TV provided only YouTube, would be nice to have even a free to air option, (Freeview etc). I would not recommend for toddlers. We found it quite unsettling for our boy as the space was very confined, and the garden area existed of a strip of grass overlooking a very busy highway, with rubbish. The neighboring properties are pretty much in your pocket, in every direction. Ants were also a problem in the kitchen and living room areas. Sleeping wise, if you are coming from a fairly quiet town, place etc, do bare in mind that traffic is busy all throughout the night. It was very unpleasant. Maybe convenient for adults, definitely would not recommend for a family. For what You pay, ths place seriously needs some adapting. Lots of common themes of needed improvement throughout all the feedback. Disappointing to see that it hasn't been taken on board. Note: I have rated this place a 5 (neutral) as this is only my opinion, and moreover from a point of view as a family. Singles, or adults may have a better outcome. On my truest form I would have given a rating of 4.

Positive: Nice modern and spacious home. Good location that was convenient to where I was working
Negative: Grounds needed maintaining (lawns and weeds) crouch was very uncomfortable and the beds not much better. Also the heat pump was too small to cool the entire house (particularly upstairs).
Summary: Modern home nice and close to rainbows end and airport. Great for a family needing accommodation close to either.

Negative: House was extremely hot upstairs Could of been amazing with another couch in the lounge as one was not enough space for my stay

Negative: Only downside was the furniture and dining room seats were very flimsy and uncomfortable the table was not very solid and the chairs kept cracking and one actually broke purley from one of us sitting on it And up stairs maybe need to install a air con as it was boiling hot up there at night and no way to cool yourself down
Summary: Good but needs aircon unit installed upstairs as Temperatures made it difficult to sleep

Positive: Property was clean, beds were comfortable and has good air conditioning.
Negative: 1. Furnitures in the living space and kitchen needs an upgrade. Couch is very worn out and 1 dining chair is broken and should be removed as it may cause an accident. 2. No rubbish bins in both toilets. All hand wash bottles were diluted with water. Truly unacceptable especially if you’re paying $1500+ for the stay. 3. Sometimes neighbor’s car will park in front of the property (near driveway) which gives us limited space to maneuver our car to enter the garage.

Positive: The venue was close to my event. The whole apartment was beautiful and clean and tidy. Nice space for me and my whanau. Easy access in and out of the apartment. Was warm.
Negative: It had a nice small grass area but unfortunately it wasn't mowed and the grass was nearly to my knees. Also 2 out of the 3 beds had a broken middle board and wobbly (and broken) middle legs. The parking spaces were very tight between our apartment and the neighbors.

Positive: Close to the airport, competition venue and shops. Kitchen facilities good.
Negative: Coming off very busy road and traffic noise was loud. The sofa that was a sofa bed had food crumbs etc on it and was very very uncomfortable and unstable. Parking was tight.
