Summary: There is something for every age at this home, books and toys for young children, outdoor activities - zipline, trampoline, pool, hot tub. Plenty of space for everyone and an excellent location. The host was very accommodating and we hope to return for another visit.

Summary: Great location in Memphis. The house was clean, spacious, had tons of amenities. We were in town for the St. Jude race weekend and really enjoyed staying in Mid town Memphis.

Summary: Overall reasonable property. House has a strong musty smell and exterior areas needs cleaning up. Property manager was readily available via email/messaging. She was also receptive to constructive criticism. With some changes, this can be a very lovely property.

Summary: Charming and clean rental in a very central location! This place was great for our family but would be heaven for a family with younger kids. There's a pool, playset, and zipline in the back yard, baby gates available, and room decorated for kids. 20 minutes to downtown or East Memphis.

Summary: We were there to celebrate the passing of our mother. We were born and raised in Memphis so I can speak to the fact this location is oustanding. Safe and close by to just about anything you want to do in Memphis. So convenient. The house was beautiful, sunny and bright. The perfect house for us to stay. The kids loved the pool, zip line and playground. Truly one of the best places/houses I will ever rent and will absolutely return if we're back in Memphis. Alaina the owner was wonderful and prompt in her communication. Thank you Alaina!! This house really help lift our spirits.

Summary: Our grandsons enjoyed every moment of pool and hot tub time! The house was very welcoming and spacious with plenty of room to soak up some quite time if needed. The location was perfect, not too far of drive to Beale Street.

Summary: We lived in the pool during the sweltering 98+ degree days during our late July visit. We really enjoyed the spacious outdoor entertaining space and grilled dinner a couple of times. The home itself was so unique and beautiful inside with large, airy common rooms and a massive master suite and bathroom on the ground floor with a view of the pool. The kitchen was well equipped with spices and nice pots for cooking. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. At night, the cicadas sang in the trees circling the back yard. The neighbors were very quiet... didn't know they were there and the noise from the street didn't penetrate the house. No trip is without its issues and we did need to contact the owner about a thing or two. She was always prompt in her response, very positive and quick to handle everything. Alaina was just lovely to work with and she deserves our deepest gratitude for making our stay in Memphis so very wonderful. Thank you for sharing your gem of a property with us.
