Summary: Once we decided on this property, Brian was wonderful and communication was great . Upon arrival we had no issues and the property was emaculant, well stocked, even down to grill's in the back yard for our use and absolutely gorgeous inside. Location was close to everything you want, food, shopping, grocery store's and much more. Gated community and extremely quiet , If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely stay again. Thank you Brian for making this such a wonderful experience.

Summary: Thank you for preparing a very comfortable, clean place for our stay! We want to thank you for your info ahead of our arrival and quick follow up of questions. Your property surpassed our expectations: a very well kept recent construction (which is a plus), close to many well known restaurants, Target, HEB, Walmart and other national service stores, this place spells “location, location, location.” It is well situated close to but not “on” main highways, yet quiet and secure with gated entrance, carport and digital door lock. The house is well appointed with anything a short visit may need, clean, spacious, open. Tiles throughout the house make it crisp, clean, and practical. The bedrooms are bright and have a chic vibe. Both have a full, private bathroom. A large TV in each room (besides the one in the living room) add a useful detail although we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Clean and comfortable beds, plenty of storage, lots of clean towels, and full length mirrors add to the details. The public areas are just as well set up with crisp comfy leather sofas, table, stools, interesting books and a very updated, efficient kitchen area. Every piece of cookware and tableware needed is there, all new as well. On top of that, the pantry includes cleaning items and paper towels, and many cooking necessities like oil, salt, spices. In sum, your place is fantastic, well put together and the result, no doubt, of a careful, straightforward planner. We will recommended!
