Large private yard for summer enjoyment or winter snowman making. Great view of Aspen Mountain through mature trees. 3000 sq. ft. on three levels Gourmet fully equipped kitchen with marble surfaces, Sub Zero fridge, Wolf 6 burner gas stove & oven, large convection microwave, walk in pantry with additional kitchen sink, additional dishwasher, and laundry. Beautiful soapstone wood burning stove set on slate and surrounded by wide plank white oak flooring on the main level. All bathrooms have full marble surfaces with soothing in-floor radiant heat. Master bath has two sinks, very large bathtub and separate steam shower. Second upper bath has restored 1930's cast iron tub. 3rd and 4th baths have full marble showers. Summary: I visited this past weekend with a colleague and two very important clients for the Food & Wine classic. The property couldn't have been better. The 4 main bedrooms are on separate corners of the home and separate floors - giving everyone lots of privacy with en suite bathrooms for each. The main floor is spacious, yet cozy with every amenity you would want. We didn't get to spend much time in the home, but while leaving we all commented what a great property this was! The property manager Alan was extremely responsive and hospitable. This property also doesn't come with an extensive post-trip list of tasks - we were able to pack up and leave quite fast at the end. It's a short walk from downtown Aspen, close to all the hot spots, but is tucked away across a rushing stream and in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be staying at this property again! Thank you, Alan for your amazing hospitality!

Summary: Very comfortable home, convenient to Aspen. We had a group of 5 couples and everyone had their own, nice space. Our host, Alan, was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This house is a wonderful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house just south of Highway 82 on the East side of Aspen. It was convenient to everything and although we had a rental car, walking would have been no problem. The nine adults in our group had plenty of room as there were three bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. We used the hot tub everyday after a day on the slopes which was wonderful. Checking in and checking out was a text message and obviously easy. Included everything we needed for a great vacation and would definitely book again if we go back to Aspen next year.

Summary: The house was in a great location for the value. We were able to walk into town and the gondola in about 15 minutes. The house was well kept with a lot of character. I hope to get back again.

Summary: This is a great property with many amenities including food, spices and toilet paper, BUT to call the 5th bedroom a bedroom is a stretch. There was no proper floor, about 15 outlets in the ceiling and walls (must have been a grow room), no closet, no way to control temperature, no proper drawers - not a great experience for me for sure. That said, the rest of the house was really nice. Cozy, clean, comfortable, great hot tub. There really should be some heated walkway or something between the parking area and the house. Nothing but snow and ice. And there are 3 levels to the house - all bedrooms are either upstairs or downstairs.
