Summary: This is a great place to stay. It was so clean, well appointed and cozy. Our kids were graduating from Liberty University and although it was about 50mins out, it proved to be a great decision. It was nice to be able to explore the Nellysford area without all the crowds in Lynchburg. Every detail was thought of which made the stay comfortable. Highly recommend.

Summary: We were truly impressed with the cleanliness of this house. The cabinets and fridge were stocked with necessities. We found everything we wanted to see very convient from the house and enjoyed the tranquility when we returned eac day from our adventures.

Summary: We really enjoyed the quiteness of this place and it was beautiful inside. They had everything we needed and there are many wineries and brewery's in the area. Must checkout Blue Mountain brewery and Devil's backbone and both are within 15 minutes. Sit back relax and enjoy this property as I highly recommended .

Summary: The house and property are lovely, no complaints there. But the “river access” description and photo are deceiving…it’s a STEEP hike down (and back up!) to the River with no clear trail. Where the chairs are is anyone’s guess. I actually booked this location based on the water access, hoping to sit in the mornings by the water, and so was very disappointed in that. Other than the River all was fine

Summary: This house was very clean and provided all we needed for a family get-away. The location was perfect for visiting breweries and wineries, and was very convenient to hiking trails. The owners were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet and private place to go with friends or family.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The property was immaculate, accurately described, and kitchen and baths well provisioned. We enjoyed the remoteness of the property (no close neighbors) and the peace and quiet. The home has many windows with great views, and we saw multiple deer.

Summary: Our daughter graduated from Liberty this past weekend and six of us had the privilege of staying here at Patachi’s Ridge. It was about an hour away from the college but coming back each evening in this secluded home was just what we needed! It was very clean, so pretty, had everything we needed! Easy access and the communication with the owners was almost immediate. We would come back in a heartbeat. It was that wonderful! Thank you so much!!
