Positive: House was clean and comfortable with all the basics you need. It's a house share, so experiences may vary depending on other guests, but while I was there everyone was very thoughtful. Abbas was a helpful host with good communication about the stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

Positive: The living room is spacious and modern. The bed was comfy and the bedding was cleaning. The bathroom was pretty clean too. Overall it was only £25-30 per room and we all slept well.
Negative: We told to park in the front 'garden' but when 4 of us arrived in 2 cars, there were already 2 cars and a van on the drive so we had to park elsewhere. We booked 4 of the 5 rooms. The kitchen was tired and filled with random foods from previous guests or maybe the owner. There were no glasses/cups only 5 mugs and 2 had lipstick on. Everything felt just a little grotty. Despite the photos, the standard of finish isn't very high and most of the walls/skirtings had splashes of stuff on them.
Summary: 5 bookable bedrooms, and you can't lock the front door.

Positive: Good location for where I needed.
Negative: Parking was not always available but you can park in the road nearby. There is no plug for the shared bathroom and no holder for the shower head. Makes washing quite difficult. The heating was on full blast all the time Only 1 power point in my room
Summary: It was OK for a short stay. Economical but longer it may become a little irritating

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable, the neighbourhood was peaceful and felt very safe. The house had good shared facilities, and felt relaxed and welcoming. All communication from the host was clear and prompt, and the price was outstandingly good.
