This private estate is a brand new renovation shingle exterior with a modern interior perfectly suited for restful reflection or open space entertaining. This property has full water views from all rooms but one, with private beach access and a full size heated salt water pool and half basketball court. This home has been fully renovated and offers brand new appliances and furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with subzero appliances and a 6 burner gas stove with an enormous island. The dining room table comfortably seats 12 with stunning water views. The living room has a working fire place and is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows. There is a spacious separate tv room/play area with a flat screen tv and an oversized RH cloud sectional.
There are 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms upstairs are primary suites with king sized beds and en suite bathrooms. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs that are decorated as kids bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a twin with a trundle. There is a king bedroom and queen bedroom that share a bathroom on the ground floor and a single bed mattress and boxspring that could be added to any room. All the rooms feel spacious and private.
Outside there is a salt water pool, (open from April 15-Oct 1), 4 comfortable lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table that fits 10, a full outdoor living room, a bbq, running water and outdoor fridge, plus a playground, a trampoline, a newly installed basketball half court and plenty of outdoor space to run around and play games.
