Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great weekend. And the apartment was in a great location. Close to the freeway and US95. It was a small thing; we found a few dirty dishes in the cupboard. We just checked before we used dishes and made sure we washed what we used.

Summary: Overall, it was a great stay. On the evenings we were in relaxing, it was not comfortable to watch TV and not many options. Bathroom was very nice and there was a washer/dryer. Guests need to be aware there’s not an actual kitchen and clear distinction should be made in description. WiFi went out often when streaming TV which was the only option.

The bed wa very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. We were gone most days and only returned at night, but the patio table and chairs were a nice touch,. Only problem was the door, we had trouble locking it.
