Located just steps from the heart of Stowe village you will find this thoughtfully designed loft style townhome. Walk to the village for shopping, dinner, ski shuttle, bike path access just to name a few ideas. This stand alone unit is equipped with a private one car attached garage to store skis, bikes and extra gear.
Our townhome was built in 2016 with energy star ratings and redecorated in the fall of 2021 with all new furnishings focusing on soft, warm, neutral accents to create a peaceful setting to rest and enjoy. Enter through the main door or through your private attached one car garage equipped with ski and bike racks. The entryway at the base of the stairs offers a small bench with room to store shoes and hooks to hang a few coats upon arrival. At the top of the beautiful staircase there is a half guest bathroom as well as a large custom coat closet equipped with built in shelves and drawers providing plenty of extra storage. Nine foot ceilings, expansive windows and the contemporary open living concept offer a bright, airy space to relish in after a long day of adventure. Cozy up to the gas Jotul stove on the brand new L shaped sleeper sofa to watch a movie or grab a book and snuggle up on the oversized faux fur covered bean bag chair for complete relaxation and comfort. Outfitted with HD TV, DVR, premium stations and sound bar you can connect and watch or listen with ease. Two remote controlled mini splits keep the room temperatures comfortable all year round supplying heat and air conditioning. The well lit galley style kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite meals. Enjoy granite countertops and commercial grade Kitchen Aide stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave and dishwasher as well as a gourmet Keurig coffee maker with frother. Plenty of extra storage in the walk in pantry with a built in wine rack and soft close drawers. Extra guests will sleep well on the new queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress finished with 500 thread count cotton sheets and bedding. Gather at the oversized farm table for meals, games or a puzzle and create lasting memories.
The queen bed in the master is complemented with luxury 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and white eucalyptus fabric cloud down comforter. A small desk with a clock, lamp and wireless charging station doubles as a nightstand or a quiet workspace with room for a laptop and notebook. No need for a dresser with the large closet finished with all the custom shelves, hangers and drawers needed to unpack and stay organized during your stay.
The adjoining master bathroom has creamy white tile floors with a shower and soaking tub. The vanity is complimented with a make up mirror and makeup towels as well as numerous drawers for your toiletries. The extra closet in the bathroom with a stackable washer and dryer and on demand hot water heater complete this space.

Summary: This property was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was everything my husband and I needed for a ski getaway. The garage was a huge bonus! Communication with Anne was easy. The location was so close to the mountain and all the village favorites; just a short walk to a fully stocked Market. The home is on a main road but with a fan on in the bedroom, you really couldn’t hear much outside noise. We really loved this place. We will definitely be back!

Summary: This is our 3rd year staying at this property. Everything was wonderful as always. The property was very clean and well maintained. You can tell that cleaning is a priority and everything was spotless and felt brand new. We love the location and the owner was wonderful to work with as always. Anytime we visit Stowe, this is the only place we will stay.

Summary: This VRBO was the perfect retreat in Stowe! The property was not only beautifully designed but also exceptionally clean and comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need and more. Just a short walk from the heart of Stowe, it was convenient to stroll or bike into town for dining and shopping. The garage was ideal for securely storing our bikes, and being the only unit in the building, it offered a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. The balcony was a lovely bonus, perfect for unwinding after a long hike. Our only regret was not having more time here – we’ll definitely be back!

Summary: We were attending the Taste of New England at Stowe and this was the perfect location. We enjoyed the quiet setting and the balcony in the evenings. We enjoyed our ability to walk to the downtown area with all the great shops to check out. The kitchen was well stocked we were able to make our breakfast each morning and work remotely as we needed to. A fantastic place to stay, play and relax!!

Summary: This gorgeous townhouse is a few minutes walk from the heart of Stowe. I can not rave enough about the lovely accommodations! There is a furnished balcony also for relaxing. The washer & dryer were useful to have on-site. You have your own garage. Anne checked in with us to make certain our stay was pleasant. Would stay again!!! (Note: Must be able to climb stairs.)

Summary: We enjoyed another wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Excellent location and easy walk to town. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. Extremely well maintained and very clean. It’s very nice to arrive to a beautiful and spotless home. The host was once again, excellent to work with. Great communication and everything was perfect. There’s really nothing negative I can say about the property. It’s truly an oasis that adds to a memorable stay in a beautiful mountain town. Every detail is thought out in the design of this home.
