Summary: I found this to be a well-designed and comfortable condo in a residential area near many attractions and amenities. I enjoyed my stay enough to re-book this unit for another visit. The property managers were responsive and proactive. Even the neighbors were friendly!

Summary: Very pleasant area off Sunrise (a bit of traffic noise during rush hour) in a large well cared for strata complex. Lovely landscaping with several swimming pools; friendly, welcoming home owners; easy 15 minute walk to 2 grocery stores, Pilates studio and manicurist. 5 minute drove to Mesquite golf course and driving range (good course for the mediocre golfer) and short drive to Indian Canyons Golf courses. Covered parking which was appreciated in the desert heat. Loved the bedroom window looking out to the San Jacinto mountain -- the morning sun on the rock glowed red gold and was lovely to wake up to.

Summary: This is a great place to stay. The condo is nicely furnished, comfortable, and well stocked. We loved the patio and the wonderful view of the mountains. The light on the mountains in the morning is spectacular while having breakfast, and the late afternoon sunsets are enjoyable for happy hour. The grounds are great with grass and olive trees and swimming pools and hot tubs. Loved the pickleball courts too! The area is very walkable, close to great restaurants, hiking, a farmers market and movie theaters. It’s quiet and peaceful here, with lots of opportunities for interactions and fun! We’ll stay here again.

Summary: We stayed at this townhouse in south Palm Springs as part of our winter pilgrimage out of the gloom of the Pacific Northwest. The townhouse is part of a large, quiet development of well maintained one story townhouses that includes several swimming pools and tennis courts amid large lawns. One of those pools is a few yards from the patio of the unit but does not impact your privacy due to the hedges along the patio. We used the pool nearly every day that the weather permitted. The Smoke Tree Shopping Center is close by to the south and has terrific restaurants, a good grocery store, and other interesting shops. The townhouse is just south of the Tahquitz Creek Channel that has a car free walking path and is next to one of the best neighborhoods of Mid Century Modern homes, Deep Wells. And downtown Palm Springs is only a short distance away. The unit was roomy, very comfortable and well appointed. It is every bit as attractive as the photos show. We liked the bright and cheery dĂŠcor. The kitchen had enough pots, pans, and dishes to allow us to cook full meals. The furniture and master bed (the only bed we used) were very comfortable. There was a lot of linen and a nice shower. We enjoyed sitting on the lovely patio with both a seating area and a small table. The internet was strong and reliable. I hope this description is totally irrelevant soon, but we were there during the first wave of the Covid 19 pandemic (March 2020). We felt safe and were able to take nice walks outdoors, get groceries and other necessities with little risk. The city of Palm Springs was on the vanguard of responding to the pandemic.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a park like environment with access to pools, tennis and pickle ball. Also the airport and downtown are close. The condo is nicely appointed and has its own private small patio at the back. The bedding is comfortable and there is a large en-suite With lots of room for extra storage, plus a second smaller bedroom. The owners are considerate and attentive in case of problems. All in all a very pleasant place. We are very much looking forward to returning.
