Summary: We stayed two families and the house worked really well and had space for everybody. Nice kitchen so we cooked most nights! Lovely local wine farms!

Summary: The property is beautifully appointed, very spacious and in idyllic setting. Stefano is a perfect host, he guided us to the property, greeted us and showed us around. The accommodation is well appointed, very spacious and clean. There is plenty of room to sit and relax both inside and out. If there were many people staying you would not get in each other's way. The kitchen is well equipped and good to use. Outside is great for eating and relaxing and the views are wonderful-much better than any Tuscany can offer and great value for money! Outside there is ample parking for several cars too so ideal for more than one family or two or more couples. We took my partner's parents for their Golden Wedding anniversary, they absolutely adored the house! It is easy to get to local shops and supermarket for all you need as well as bars and restaurants. There a perfect Osteria just 5 minutes walk to the left as you leave the road to the property; Mondo Piccolo. It does have a website (www.osteriamondopiccolo.it). The food is delicious and all local and home cooked. The pasta is perfect and the steak unbelievable! It is best to call and book, it does get busy at the weekends but they are small and prefer to know how many they are preparing for (0385 79169). They are closed on Mondays. It easy to drive from here to the station to catch the train to go exploring and only an hour to drive to Milan or Genova, also Pavia is close only 40 minutes. Como is about an hour and 30 minutes but the lakes are a great day out. But to cut off from the world the house is perfect and you need go nowhere at all. Overall, Stefano has a beautiful house set in beautiful surroundings with all the comforts you could want. He is constantly adding to and improving the property and soon there will be a rooftop terrace I believe from where the views will be even more stunning! The garden is a work in progress but beautiful to to sit in and admire the views and watch the birds and rabbits and at night see the stars and watch the bats swoop over the pool to drink-as well as the space station pass over! A perfect holiday hideaway-highly recommended.

Summary: We (2 couples) had the pleasure of staying at Stefano's wonderful modern villa in the midst of superb panoramic rural views for 4 nights. The villa met all of our high expectations, being delightfully furnished, well equipped, clean and well maintained . All communication with Stefano: before, during and after our stay was always dealt with promptly and efficiently. As well as providing a wonderful ambience for sitting and enjoying the panorama and the local produce, the villa provides a great base to explore a wide range of other tourist highlights such as Pavia and Certosa di Pavia, We would highly recommend a visit to the winery" La Rovere" which is adjacent to the villa--- the owners are friendly and welcoming. Stefano is an efficient and gracious host and we have no hesitation in recommending his villa for a wonderful relaxing stay in a delightful part of Italy.

Summary: We enjoyed the stay in your spacious house especially with four kids. Its near to some nice towns and you can relax between the vineyards. The house is very comfortable, clean and practical. WE arrived very late (near midnight) and Stefano was so nice to guide us around the house at that late hour. He also provided a swimming pool for the kids, what they appreciated.
