Less than 1 mile from downtown Chagrin Falls, this charming, three-story, modern farmhouse is filled with natural light + rustic, elegant appointments. The open concept chef's kitchen features luxury appliances + ample seating for an incredible gourmet meal. The two-story deck creates an amazing outdoor oasis with breathtaking sights of the backyard's sweeping hills. With several bedrooms + living spaces, each room is spacious, yet cozy, creating the perfect stay with family + pets!
The Space:
This three-story, gated home welcomes you with a wrap around driveway and well lit front porch with a cozy 3-person swing. The entry leads you into the formal living room and formal dining room seating six. The first floor also includes a single bedroom with twin bed and large desk with double monitors available for use. Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom with tub shower. The open concept kitchen is features incredible natural light, luxury appliances, farmhouse bench seating for 10 at the kitchen table and a dine-in island. The connected family room boasts stunning views of the backyard, vaulted ceilings, a large Smart TV, and a spacious couch to rest and relax. There is an entrance to the top deck from the family room and side entrance to the home.
The upstairs has a primary bedroom with a balcony overlooking the incredible backyard, and a bathroom down the hall with double vanities and a walk-in shower. There is also a queen bedroom with a view of the front yard, and a nursery with a crib, changing table and comfy chair.
The basement also has a bedroom with a large closet and bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a relaxing family room filled with natural light, a smart TV, and sofa. The laundry room, accessible to the backyard, contains a washer, dryer and dog shower.
The space does contain baby gates for family safety and a dog bed for the pup.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire home, driveway and backyard area. The garage is not available for use.
A code is given for access to the front door. All the doors must be unlocked from the inside.

Getting Around:
Downtown Chagrin Falls is a walkable area, and you can walk from the house to downtown Chagrin Falls. However, there are no sidewalks, so exercising caution is key. It is best to have your own car. It can be difficult to find a ride-share service and there are no forms of public transportation in Chagrin Falls.

The garage is not accessible to guests.
The fireplaces are for aesthetics, and not for use.
The baby gates at the staircases and kitchen entrance to the family room must stay where they are.
The hot tub is not available to use.

We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $45 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.
NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.
2 NIGHT MIN -- 2-night minimum. All prebooking questions must be answered to process your reservation. If guest fails to answer any prebooking questions their reservation will be canceled and/or declined.
LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting with Airbnb due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).
PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.
GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.
EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).
As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
