Large Studio, kitchenette and dining table, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and a sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests, so 4 guests maximum. One large shower and bathroom. Huge lounge with large corner lounge suite.
Private fenced yard suitable for kids safety, 6 chair outdoor table with umbrella and BBQ supplied for your use, tools and cooking utensils also supplied.
Panasonic smart tv 40" with basic sky channels
2 min walk to Elephant Hill winery and resturant, cycle the coast line on the wine trials 5 min walk from your home, hire bikes available.
The studio is seperate to the main house and access to the beach is through the reserve.

Summary: Very hot and cozy. Warm and peaceful. Make sure you close the doors during the evening because of sandflies. Nasty sand flies at night. Overall great and cozy.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the studio. The sound of the waves was soothing to the soul. The property is just the right size and close to everything we were interested in. I would definitely recommend this spot. We will be back for sure. Clean, cosy and relaxing.

Summary: Thanks for a lovely stay. Such a home away from home, loved the private backyard area with BQ! So close to the wineries, a bit far from Napier town but a perfect getaway if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle which is what we were after. 4 of us stayed and lots of room for us all. Would definitely recommend, thanks for a great weekend!
