Summary: The property was just perfect for us. We stayed for nearly a week on business in the medical center area and Rice Village. The place is centrally located giving us easy access to multiple ways, perfect to avoid rush hour traffic. There are good grocery stores a few minutes away. The accommodations were great. Comfortable, clean, and very reasonably priced. Saater the host, was super available, helpful and flexible. We will certainly stay with her again during a future visit.

Summary: Stayed for one night with family. I did not realize it was an upstairs unit (I did not read carefully) so it was not great for one of our traveling companions. Five of us stayed here and we had more than enough room. I did take my own wash cloths as I was informed that there would be additional fees if we got makeup on towels or sheets.

Summary: The overall stay was comfortable. The issue that we had was arriving to location and the AC was off. Feedback: when there is a guest, checking in on the day, it is important to have the AC running on auto. Another issue was running/maintaining the thermostat. It seemed as if there was someone on the other in controlling the AC at times. Also, based on the pictures provided on the sites, they really don’t match the reality of the space.
