We have a combination lock for the door, which makes check-in/out contactless and a breeze. Street parking on the street is available, however limited

The available unit is on the lower level of a 2-family house ( taking the 1st and 2nd floor) If you are bringing a car, there is ONLY Street Parking Available. Please ensure to check the sign before parking.

Summary: The house was immaculately clean. It accommodated our needs quite well. The lighting throughout is WAY too bright! This was mentioned by others in the guest book. Also, very minimal amenities, such as no extra pillows and very few towels. No bedside tables or drawers for clothing. Overall, we would give it a B+ rating.

Summary: We enjoyed the charming and modern interieur. There are 2 busses at the end of the street to Manhattan. The fourth bedroom is downstairs, where it is rather cold compared to the rest of the beautiful apartment and this bedroom has no door.! Because of the noiseful heating it’s s rather loud downstairs. We were a group of 6 but in the kitchen were just 4 chairs on the bar and no table to eat for all. The kitchen is not equipped for the number of beds.

Summary: My family booked this particular home due to its location. It was great for my family of eight. We were attending a convention in NYC and it took us about 30 mins to get into the city by car. Check in was a breeze and the home owner was very accommodating.

Summary: The property is a new building, spacious and clean. Know that when it says sleeps 9, that means double up in bedrooms (we did not) and extra futons were small; the 2 teenage boys each +6 ft were not comfortable. It was great having 2-1/2 bathrooms with 5 people trying to get ready and out the door for daily adventures. The living area also did not accommodate 5 (much less 9) people seated comfortably. Being a fairly new VRBO property, the owners were accommodating with providing items we needed in kitchen when we asked. We ordered groceries and had them delivered right as we arrived, so that worked out great. ACME grocery is closest. It's a 15min walk north to NJ Light Rail - West Side Station, then catching PATH train into NYC was easy. Parking on street is plentiful until 5pm, then not so much. Be aware of signs with time restrictions.
