4 Bedroom House in Okanagan-Similkameen, Penticton

Please note that this is our home, not a full time rental property. As such we have very limited dates available during the summer. As of now the only possible dates would be June 13 - 20 and July 20 - August 4.
The lower level can be a completely seperate suite and it sleeps a maximum of 4. The top 2 levels can also sleep 4 but it is much larger and has 2.5 bathrooms. Pricing is based on 8 people but can be less depending on your requirements - let me know what you need and we'll see if we can make something work.
Enjoy yourself at our luxury waterfront house right on Skaha Lake just 1km south of town. The house was custom built in 2012 to take full advantage of the fantastic lake views on all 3 levels.
We are on a great part of the lake but still close to town. We have a small sandy beach and the water is weed free and fairly shallow with no sudden drop offs so it is great for kids. There is a new permanent dock and a mooring buoy for your boat.
The top part of the house has a total of 2 bedrooms, a tv room/den and 2.5 bathrooms;

Summary: We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Penticton at this property. The house was very comfortable for the three families traveling together. My larger family stayed on the lower level and the two other families stayed in the upstairs rooms. There was a lot of living space for everyone. It was great having the kitchen on the lower level as well as on the main floor. The children spent most of their time playing outside in the lake. There were many inflatable rafts and a kayak for the kids to play with. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the local beaver swim by every evening. Steve was very easy to get ahold of before we went on our trip and when we were staying at this property. The house was clean and tidy and had all of the amenities we needed. I was very impressed with how close the house was to town as well. It was a quick trip to the grocery if we forgot anything. Also the main beach is just minutes away with a playground and spray park for the children. I hope that we get a chance to return to this beautiful property soon!

Summary: The property was well appointed with all the extras needed for a great stay... it is centrally located and close to all amenities ... there is lots to do for every age and will definitely ensured that you have a wonderful holiday for the whole family ... we played tennis, went fishing , visited wineries and local beaches, rented a boat and had great BBQ 's at home...

Summary: We recently went up for July long weekend with some close friends. Not only was the house amazing, Steve was really good to us as well! The house is absolutely beautiful and stayed nice and cool with air conditioning if you were getting too warm from the sun. We had a nice patio on the ground floor we did dinners at. It was peaceful and quiet during the evening so we could really enjoy outside. I would highly recommend this place for family get always or a nice friends vacation as well. Thanks Steve for making our July long weekend amazing!

Summary: Our family was very happy with all aspects of our stay at this property. The home is very well located and has all the amenities one could ask for. The property has a nice floor plan. We had two families sharing the home (one stayed in the upper portion and the other stayed in the bottom) and it worked out perfectly, allowing for privacy when you want it. The kitchens are fully equipped making meal preparation easy. The home is well maintained and clean. The view of the lake from all levels is spectacular. I never got tired of sipping coffee in the am and looking out on the water and mountains. The owners are very helpful and made us feel at home! You will enjoy your stay!

Summary: I recently stayed at this property with seven girlfriends. The owner was very timely in his communication with me in the lead up to the stay. The property was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances so we cooked a lot. The view from the main floor and the master bedroom are incredible. We had a fun time hanging out on the dock and eating meals on the patio. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Summary: Very clean, well organized and nicely decorated home. Right on the lake. Easy bike into Penticton. Several excellent wineries close by. Place to tie up boat, or indulge in several different water sports.

Summary: We just experienced the most beautiful setting in a Beautiful Lake Front Home. With having the stress of planning our Daughters Wedding, we had this beautiful place to bring her to and have the last few hours before her wedding just us. All of us were able to relax and enjoy the peace that just looking at the lake or enjoying the stars at night gave us. Steve and Gil were absolutely a joy to work with. We would recommend this Beautiful Lake Front Home to stay at. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank You So Much Steve and Gil. Having your beautilful place to stay at for the weekend of our daughters wedding made everything PERFECT!!!!!!!!

Summary: This place had everything that a big group of friends can ask for. Waking up in the morning with breakfast and coffee was a plus by enjoying the view of Skaha Lake with friends. The afternoon BBQ's was terrific and when it came to night time, you can enjoy a fire at the edge of the lake. This place is well located near the heart of the city and was near mostly all big chain stores if you're missing anything. Steve was very helpful and accommodated with everything I asked for. This place will be my first choice when I do come back to the city.
