Summary: His property was the perfect base to ski at Sunapee and explore the area around Newbury and New London. House is fully outfitted, and may be the most completely outfitted rental we've ever had! Plenty of clean quality pots and pans, plates, silverware, glassware, all nice and matched, furniture very comfortable And having its own gym was terrific. If you're looking for a place with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms in a relaxed setting, you can't go wrong with this. John, our host was responsive and friendly, and respectful of our privacy.

Summary: This house was a perfect house for our annual ski trip with another family. We had 6 kids and 4 parents on our vacation and we never felt cramped. The upstairs dining area has lots of seating for breakfast and dinner. The downstairs is a great spot for the older kids to hang out while the parents relax upstairs. We cooked meals 3 of the 4 days we were there and never had any issues. The location is superb for a Mount Sunapee ski trip. We were able to get to the mountain quickly and we were close enough to make an extra trip back to the house if needed. Jon is a great host. We didn’t have any issues so there was no emergency communication. Jon responded quickly to our initial reservation and provided all info necessary for checking in and out. If we head back to Mount Sunapee, we will definitely be checking this house first again.

Summary: We loved our weekend at this clean and functional house! We arrived to a warm and well-lit house which for late on a Friday night with two young kids was very much appreciated. The upstairs was clean, open, and spacious. The downstairs space was perfect for the 4 children to play and sleep! The drive to Mount Sunapee was only about 7 minutes which was great! We hope to return!

Summary: Great space! We had 7 adults and 2 children and everyone was comfortable...kids loved the full size bunk beds! Well maintained, didn't have any issues while we were there so never had to reach out. But coming into a bright house was a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

Summary: We had a beautiful stay at this property and enjoyed Lake Sunapee this summer! We were looking for a quiet, woodsy respite from the busyness of life, we found the outside decks and fire pit and paths in the back woods plus multiple living/play/ quiet spaces in the house to let us have slow mornings and hit the lake by afternoon then easily wind down in our own ways. the house was great for us with multiple children- the bunk room was a huge hit! We didn’t need much from the house, and small feedback I had was openly received, if we did have questions , jonathan was very responsive. Would go back for sure.
