Summary: the access and proximity to the hospital was amazing.. it makes a tough situation way more manageable. the house is beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We stayed for a month and even meet a few of the enjoyable neighbors. Close to the freeway and not far from downtown. I would recommend it for those interested in a longer stay in seattle.

Summary: William is a great owner. He brought us a couple of fans to help with the heat wave we are experiencing. we were able to accommodate 10 on the weekend with no problem. Overall great neighborhood. safe for walking.

Summary: This location is perfect for us. Located across from U of Washington Hospital. Quiet neighborhood. perfect for walking. So much nicer for a longer stay to enjoy a beautiful home rather than a motel room. We like it so much we are going to stay longer.
