Perched atop the Dundarave neighborhood, this cozy, newly and fully renovated, and peaceful guest suite can be your base while you explore the beautiful West Van and its vibrant neighborhoods. Close to numerous trails and tucked in the luscious mountain landscape, this place is sure to give you a taste of BC's beautiful Nature.
Very spacious (1200 sqft) fully renovated w/2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Full height windows in every room allow for ample natural light and peekaboo ocean views.
The space is the whole lower floor of the house which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area and a dining area. There is also outside space by one of the bedrooms. It's completed separated from upstairs and has its own private keypad entrance.
Kitchen
All stainless steel appliances. Full-size professional Samsung convection electric oven, Bosch dishwasher, samsung microwave oven. Stainless steel sink with the professional kitchen faucet. Brand new drip coffee maker and hot water kettle. All cooking and baking basics.
Living & Dining area
Two Comfortable full-size couches. 55" Smart HDTV with Chromecast, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Videos. Highspeed internet with 100 Mbps download speed.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
1 bedroom with queen-size bed, 2 closets, and 2 full-size sliding doors opening to a small grass yard with amazing nature and ocean views. The main bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. It also has a king-size bed, an office desk, and a mirror along with a full-height window for natural light. The other full bathroom is located close to the living room and has a shower and a full-size mirror.
Laundry
You have your own washer and dryer.

Summary: My family and I stayed in this accomodation for 3 nights. Pros: The location was wonderful, check in was easy and communication with the host was great! Cons: The only comments are, the driveway is a little tricky to park in. You can park at the bottom, but, you will struggle if you have any walking ailments or are elderly as its really steep. And lastly, the footsteps from above can be loud as its a family with small children living above. Overall, its a pleasant stay, it was clean and was enough space for us. Thank you!

Summary: Location is a bit of a distance from the airport but is great for exploring downtown Vancouver or heading up the Sea to Sky Highway. Clean property in a nice neighborhood. Hosts communicate well and are quick to respond to any requests. Would stay again.

Summary: Comfortable and clean. Great location on top of a hill with great proximity to shops and beach. Being on bottom floor of a family home there are heavy footsteps in the morning and evening. We would stay here again.
