Positive: Clean. Dedicated parking very convenient (but a must, no long term parking available anywere near)

Negative: The designer of the apartments block went too far with fancy automation. Understanding how to switch on/off and trim the lights was more a QI test than anything else. We give up in understanding if and how to start/stop air conditioning and set temperature so the apartment remained too cold the entire stay. Sent a message on it and got no reply. In spite of low temperatures the bed was unconfortable with the usual syntetic blanket that makes you swet even at cryogenic temperatures.

Summary: Fancy but annoying...
