Modern 4 bedroom 2.5 bath custom, open floor plan home located in private community Sun Cove/Lake Entiat Estates. Beautiful views of surrounding mountains and hills; includes fast wi-fi, outdoor covered and uncovered patio with propane firepit table and chairs, zero gravity lawn chairs, outdoor shower and more. So much to do in the Sun Cove area, and so much fun for kids and adults!
Upstairs includes: 3 bedrooms / 2 bath, with 2 sink bathroom separate from toilet/shower/tub.
Bedroom 1 has queen bed, Bedroom 2 with double bunk beds. Master suite(Bedroom 3) includes a queen bed, private bathroom with separate toilet shower area, big screen TV, overhead fan and beautiful mountain views.
Open floor plan includes full kitchen with fridge/freezer and icemaker, wine fridge, big screen TV, covered 500+ sq. ft. deck accessible from living area and patio below, with outdoor tv, deck furniture with firepit table, 2 dining tables, electric smoker grill, and sun shade/privacy curtains.
Downstairs: Bedroom 4 with queen bed and television, separate 3rd bath with toilet/shower, kitchenette (with full size fridge/freezer/icemaker), sink, microwave, toaster, and covered porch with table and chairs. Washer/dryer off hallway.

Summary: From the minute we stepped in the house we were impressed, the place is beautiful. It was obvious the owners take great care of their place, everything was nice and clean! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. They even had extra garbage bags, soap, paper towels, k-cups and bags of ice in the freezer! The extra laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets really helped us out. The deck was enormous and just amazing!’ There is a BBQ smoker, a large picnic table, comfy couch and chairs and a TV on the covered deck. Lots of room to entertaining! We blew a fuse the second day, found out you can't use two blow dryers at the same time. We contacted the owner and he quickly had the problem resolved! The neighbors were so friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends! Thank you Mark and Tiffany!!

Summary: We had a lovely time at the property! The kitchen had all the amenities so it made cooking meals (in between pool and lake time) very easy. The house itself is great, clean, and beds were comfy. Location is up a slight hill from pool and lake access so suggest bringing bikes, golf cart, or some way to “commute” back and forth if you don’t want to have to drive your car. Also having a boat as a guest was a little tedious since your have to pull it out of the water each time as guest moorage is not provided per the HOA. The owners were very helpful in making sure we understood all the processes!

Summary: This was a great place to stay for our annual golf trip. It was clean, had plenty of room and their wrap around (carpeted) balcony was the perfect way to wind down. Fully furnished, including a Traeger Grill for steaks to end the trip. Thanks for the awesome place!

Summary: We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house to stay in while we vacationed. The house layout was very well thought out and spacious, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. It was clean and well stocked. The outside deck and patio were beyond amazing. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the view and eating our meals together. The house is located fairly near any place you could want to go. We went to Chelan for a day, and Leavenworth another, and the drive to either place from the house was a perfect middle point. My children loved the day area of the community, swimming, ping pong, reading, it had an assortment of other games. Very well kept and clean down at the community center as well. I could keep on about this wonderful house, but will conclude with - we will definitely be coming again. It was a perfect vacation rental to end our summer. Thank you!!!

Summary: We loved our stay here. This is a great community with a lot to do. The house was very beautiful and comfortable. It can accommodate more than one family. Has a great outdoor deck and patio. Summary: Everything was perfect. Really appreciated the welcome note on the chalk board and the bottle of wine. We wanted to write a thank you to both of you but realized we didn’t have any chalk! LOL. Hopefully we can do it again next year

Summary: We enjoyed everything about this home. Clean, modern, well organized, great AC, great deck, awesome rooms….it all was great. The pool and water access was awesome. We had two adults and 3 kids and could have had another family of 4 no problem (if that’s allowed!!). Overall, a beautiful vacation for us!!
